OMG Darkhouse!!! I read the whole Experiment in Terror series back in the day. I am also not really a horror fan, but Karina Halle got me with that series and the chemistry between Perry and Dex was 🥵
Yay!!!!! I agree Karina Halle can do no wrong. I love that she writes across genre and helps newbies explore horror, romantic thrillers and other fun subniches. Don’t get me wrong The Forbidden Man is my all time favorite book but her dark romance adjacent is so good!
